Lynn Buswell - Guide-Owner-Consultant
Lynn Buswell - Owner Jagermister Outfitters LLC, Guide, and 
Consultant with over 30 years experience hunting the area's wildlife. Lynn is known as "Iowa's Premier Waterfowl Outfitter". Lynn is an accomplished Duck/Goose/Turkey caller. Lynn has an unlimited understanding of deer and their movements with 15 P & Y bucks to his credit and 5 gun kills netting over 150". Lynn is a full time outfitter and spends most of his time hunting/guiding and keeps his eye on the area's wildlife population. He also spends time with his 4 children, and donates and guides youth hunts all seasons. Born and raised in the area, Lynn's hunts are guided in "His own backyard." He has been guiding since 1996. Lynn took his first duck at age 4, and killed his first buck at age 7.He is member of Shamo Camo and Mountian Screamer Game Calls pro staffs. He is also an Avery select Guide/Outfitter and is sponsored by many companies.Lynn is know Nationwide for his quality hunts and commitment to his clients.Lynn also owns Outdoor Marketing Specialist's and is the Co founder of a Non Profit Conservation group, Hunter's for Iowa, Inc.
Larry Buswell

Lynn's Father and mentor. A seasoned guide for Turkey and Waterfowl hunts.
Dad loves the waterfowl hunts with turkey's being a close second. Dad hunts
deer, but is not into the trophy aspects, "he is a meat hunter". Dad is an
outstanding duck and turkey caller and does most of the waterfowl scouting
when I am running hunts. Dad is always here to greet guests and offer advice.
Fred Dunn

Part of the Mountain Screamer and Jagermister Pro Staff. Fred is out of Cadet, Mo. Our # 1 camera man. With many years experience hunting Boss Gobblers across the Nation.
Darrell Niemeir

Darrell is a close friend of Jagermister Outfitters. Turkey hunter extraordinaire and
deer driving fool. Darrell is in camp most days. He understands our operation,
knows our leases, and always has a positive attitude.
Johnny LaGrand

Johnny owns Mountain Screamer calls out of Cadet, MO.
Johnny is producing some of the best turkey calls in the Nation at this time. Johnny's commitment to excellence shows not only in the quality of his workmanship, but in his character as well. Jagermister is proud to have Johnny
on our staff, with several turkey calling titles under his belt, when Johnny calls,
the birds will be coming. Johnny is also a fellow Pro staffer at Shaman camo. Johnny never says never, a great person and an outstanding asset to Jagermister Outfitters. Johnny also produces some outstanding, grunt calls as well as a line
of duck/goose calls.
Bobby Werthmann - Pro Staff
Bobby is a rare find. We welcomed him to the Jagermister Team with open arms. He is an outstanding, duck/goose caller, and has paid his dues both in the Fields and on the water. Bobby is the customer service manager at a large auto dealer. His commitment to providing a quality hunt and customer service as well as his personality are much appreciated. I will ad he has shared the blind wiith many well know callers. John Spotts a living calling legend shares a blind with Bobby most days.Bobby is also a National bowling champion. He assists on the spring hunts, and runs the Lake Odessa Fall hunts, and Missouri Fall hunts as well. I can not thank Bobby and his family enough for thier support.
Fred Harroun - Pro Staff
Fred brings many years of waterfowling experience to the Jagermister Team. He understands the habits and patterns of birds.Field or water, Fred will get the job done.Fred is an outstanding caller, both ducks and geese.He knows the birds and longs many miles scouting each day. I am glad to have him as part of the Jagermister staff. He also plays a large part in the Hunter's 4 Iowa, Inc non profit.
